Peter, Keith and Ken each win a cupie doll! It works!
1. SGI stdarg does work if all floats are turned into doubles. I'll try varg
and take your suggestion.
2. However recompiling the same codes as doubles on the mac does not work.
I'll try using extended instead of double and check that out.
I though C++ was suppose to be a better standard of sorts. Such
implementation details don't seem very kosher to me (although differing type
sizes among machines has always been a sticky widget). I do realize that the
compiler sent with the SGI is not 100% ANSI. Will ANSI standards solve such
questions? Just food for thought. Thanks.
